About Solutions

 Generator Packages

Generator Packages combine high level of operational flexibility with low weight to power output; those packages are applicable for different industrial sectors especially in the Oil and Gas field.

EGenSys can provide complete, turnkey power solutions, supplying essential hardware like engines and alternators along with control panels, sound-attenuated enclosures, and fuel systems

Power Systems Auxiliaries

Our design involves integrating main generation equipment (turbines, generators) with auxiliary systems (cooling, fuel handling) and substations for grid connection.

Core Components of Power Station Design

  • Generation System: Turbines and generators convert mechanical energy (from steam, water, or gas) into electrical energy, typically at
  • Step-Up Transformers: Crucial for increasing voltage to high levels
  • Switchyard/Substation: Utilizes busbars, circuit breakers, and disconnect switches to manage power flow and protect equipment.
  • Safety & Control: Includes lightning protection, grounding grids, and central control rooms for monitoring.

Design Considerations

  • Site Layout: Divided into main buildings (containing generators/turbines) and auxiliary areas (fuel handling, cooling towers).
  • Structural Engineering: Foundations for heavy rotating equipment, steel structures, and specialized containment for nuclear plants.
  • Environmental Factors: Waste management (ash), water sourcing for cooling, and landscaping.
  • Efficiency & Type: Steam (coal/nuclear) stations require extensive fuel handling, while hydro/renewables have different structural needs, affecting overall efficiency and layout.

Key Design Phases

  • Site Selection: Accessibility to fuel/water and proximity to load centres.
  • Single-Line Diagrams: Detailed, simplified diagrams outlining electrical components and connections.
  • Safety Standards: Adherence to regulations for equipment, personnel, and

Solar battery hybrid and off-grid systems

Hybrid solar systems combine solar panels, battery storage, and a grid connection, offering energy security during outages and potential net metering benefits. Off-grid systems operate independently of the utility grid, relying solely on solar and large battery banks, making them ideal for remote, non-grid-connected locations
